The Amy D Foundation continues to fulfill and honor our mission statement to support young women through cycling, inspiring the celebration of healthy challenges and empowering the confident pursuit of lofty dreams.

Our goal has always been to foster development, equity and representation in women’s cycling and to create a safe space for all riders to actively engage in a sport we love.

We strive to strengthen and diversify the participation of women’s cycling through our road, mountain bike, cyclocross and gravel racing programs, mentorships, training camps and community involvement.

Our work continues to prioritize increasing access for cyclists who have limited access or have historically been excluded from sport. We recognize that structural racism, gender based discrimination and other forms of oppression contribute to persistent disparities in cycling. We understand that these disparities persist and we aspire to be agents of change in sport.
