Team camp was great! I was so excited to finally meet everyone!

After KK, Mo, and myself arrived Friday morning, we went straight to Pearl Izumi for a tour and got to see how they design and make such awesome kits! Then we went for an hour lunch ride with the Pearl Izumi Crew. It was on some sweet gravel, twisty dirt paths. I had a lot of fun even though my legs felt like lead right off the plane and my lungs were gasping for air from the lack of oxygen.

On Saturday, we went for a training ride at Valmont Bike Park in Boulder. I was amazed at how many cyclists and kids were there! I did some openers and then we did some skills training with Mo. Afterwards, James gave us a little presentation on how amazing our Donnelly Bikes and tires are going to be!

On Sunday, we did a Amy D Foundation Meet and Greet Ride that began at Rapha in Boulder. The local guys wanted to show off to the women pros so we charged up all the rolling hills. Or I was just suffering from lack of oxygen. Afterwards, we went to a place that serves breakfast all day for lunch, and KK and I got some amazing crepes with Nutella, whipped cream, walnuts, and bananas.  We all flew out Sunday but we will be reunited next weekend at the first race of the season on the east coast in Roanoke, Virginia, with thankfully, more oxygen.
