Fueling for Adventures

Going on an epic camping trip this weekend? Planning a long bike ride? Climbing a mountain? For adventures like these and more it is important to stay properly fueled in order to have energy all day long. It is ideal to have a combination of fluid, electrolytes and carbohydrates. A small amount of fat and protein is ideal to help maintain satiety and stay fuller longer on all day adventures. Along with water and electrolytes the recipes below are great for sustained energy on a trail, mountain, or any adventure.
